Refund Policy

At CoreSymmetryGroup LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality consulting, training, and career services. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled across our different offerings. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to this policy.

1. Consulting & Training Services

• Deposits: Deposits made to secure consulting or training engagements are non-refundable.

• Cancellations: If a client cancels an engagement before services have begun, any fees paid beyond the deposit may be credited toward future services, at our discretion.

• Ongoing Projects: Once consulting services have begun, fees are non-refundable. If circumstances require early termination, we will work with you to reallocate unused hours or credit toward another service.

• Rescheduling: Meetings, workshops, or training sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Sessions canceled with less notice may be forfeited.
  

2. Career Services (Resume Writing, Coaching, Interview Prep)

• Payments: Due in full before services begin.

• Refunds: Once work has started (e.g., resume drafting, coaching preparation), fees are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or canceled without sufficient notice are forfeited.

• Guarantees: While we aim to strengthen resumes and job search strategies, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.
  

3. Packaged Consulting Solutions (e.g., 90-Day People-Ops Tune-Up, Manager Academy Lite, SMB Survival Pack)

• Payments: Subject to engagement agreement; milestone billing applies where noted.

• Refunds: Payments for packaged services are non-refundable once delivery has begun.

• Credits: In exceptional circumstances, unused portions of a package may be credited toward other CoreSymmetryGroup services.
  

4. Digital Products (Ebooks, Templates, Toolkits, Guides)

• All Sales Final: Due to the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Access Issues: If you experience problems accessing your download, we will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

5. Federal or Subcontracting Engagements

• Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms of the executed contract and applicable federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS). This Refund Policy does not override those terms.
